This wine was made from 100% Gamay Noir grapes grown on our estate vineyard. The flavor profile features hints of caramel, raspberry, and toasted marshmallow on a long, lingering finish.
This wine is a blend of 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Gamay Noir and was made entirely from grapes grown on our estate vineyard. It exhibits strawberry and cherry flavors contributed by the Pinot Noir and vanilla and raspberry flavors which come from the Gamay Noir. It has black currant overtones and a soft, velvety mouth feel.
