2012 Applegate Valley Cabernet Saugivnon

The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon starts off with floral and minty notes on the nose, followed by a bright, black cherry, strawberry and chocolate mid-pallet.  This wine has great tannic strength that does not over power the overall mouthfeel of the wine and ends strong with a long, acidic finish.  This Cabernet pairs well with roasts, tomato based dished, and of course, chocolate.
